A tough, fierce-eyed man looks out of place in a expensive mantle.  The
eldest of the Van Pelt brothers, Devan would rather still be roaming the
wilds of Alyria, but fell victim to the demands of his persuasive bride to
retire from his adventuring and take his place at the head of the family
business.  However, Devan Van Pelt never does anything by half measures and
called in favors from powerful entities to assist him in creating a suitable
edifice to headquarter the Van Pelt enterprise.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
