Long Desc: A dragon with scales the color of thunder is here.

The odor of ozone rises off this storm wyrm, and the air around it crackles
with power.  Lightning seems to flash across its irises and it is easy to
see that this powerful creature cannot be pressed into service against its
will for long.
It is a dragon approximately 9'11" tall.
