NPC: A sahuagin thief
Long Desc: An agile sahuagin bares a poisoned dagger.

The dangerous sahuagin thieves slink around the edges of the invasion,
looking for those who can be caught off guard.  They always seek the
vulnerable and the unwary, looking to soften up the forces of their enemy
and steal some loot for themselves while the others aren't looking.
It is a sahuagin approximately 5'7" tall.
