NPC: A sahuagin druid
Long Desc: A druidic sahuagin is evoking the elements at random citizens.

The sahuagin invaders are far more evil than the typical person, so it can
feel odd that they include druids in their ranks.  Druids usually strive to
be a neutral party, and it is rare to see one that delights in causing harm
to innocents.  This particular druid does that with glee as and obviously
given up on the idea of balance.
It is a sahuagin approximately 5'6" tall.
