NPC: A goblin logger
Long Desc: A crazed goblin is hacking away at a tree with an axe.

This Goblin is a forager from one of the nearby Goblin encampments.  They
are hoping to plunder the area for any natural resources that seem like they
could be useful, regardless of whether the Goblins are actually currently in
need of it.
It is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.

This NPC can be found in: Sigil Underground.
This mob is required by the following quests:
- Plant a Tree! (241-250) from An exalted monk of maradas.
