NPC: A Cogworks rainbow turtle
Long Desc: A small rainbow colored turtle swims through the lake.

Small, slow, and docile, these colorful turtles swim around the waters of
Cogworks City searching for food.  At certain points in the day they crawl
onto rocks or logs and bask in the sun for a while, gathering the heat
energy required to sustain their gentle swims.
It is a reptile approximately 3'5" tall.
