NPC: A troglodyte, near death
Long Desc: A troglodyte has been traumatized and nearly drowned and is about to succumb.

This troglodyte was dying long before the latest indignity and injury, both
generally as a child born into monstrous slavery by the sahuagin, and
specifically, when thrown out of a moving trireme.  None of this is
speculation- the lungfuls of water, the friction burns, the malnutrition and
the location- it's plainly obvious to everyone except those complicit in
this crime against humanity.
It is a troglodyte approximately 6'11" tall.
