Long Desc: A tall dracon boy stands here in tattered clothing.

This boy looks rather shabby, his clothes are stained dark from either
playing in the oil slick mud or falling.  He's carries around some sticks
he's put together to look like toy action figures.  He looks skinny and
could probably use a proper meal.
He is a dracon approximately 4'11" tall.
