NPC: A spriggan guardian
Long Desc: A spriggan guardian howls in rage as its essence is bound here for eternity.

This spriggan was apparently drawn to this place as a guardian, but it isn't
clear whether the being was lured to this place or if it was ensnared by
some twist of fate and chance.  Though it bears a resemblance to humanoids
it has been terribly twisted and ravaged in its limbs and features by the
magic which now binds it in this place for eternity.  It might be wise not
to judge this creatures appearance in relation to how powerful it is for it
is quite possible that some of the corpses floating nearby might very well
be victims of the spriggan's wrath.
It is a pixie approximately 3'7" tall.
