NPC: Thirasael Moonblood
Long Desc: The spirit of a powerful witch stands here blocking the way onward.

Thirasael Moonblood was once a powerful witch and a former apprentice of the
necromancer Ataxia, but when she died long ago she was a close match to her
former teacher.  In the battle that took place here long ages ago Thirasael
gave her lifeblood to empower the seal and strengthen the binding magic.
She stands now and for all time guarding the passage and holding the evil
below so that it can never escape into the world once more.
She is a ghost approximately 5'6" tall.
