clan, publicize it on gossip, and you leave your clan within 1 Alyrian
hour, cause you to deal increased damage to members of that clan for 30
days.

+++ the tabloid editor will, when told the name of a member of the clan
that you lead, publicize it on gossip, and if they are no longer in
your clan 1 Alyrian hour later, cause that Adventurer to take increased
damage from members of your clan in PK for 30 days.
