NPC: Big Walter
Long Desc: A large scruffily dressed ogre stands here, strumming an immense banjo.

The light from the tip of a smouldering tobacco stick, nestled between blugy
lips and a half rotten tusk, reveals the ugly pockmarked face, of Big
Walter, a local musician.  His droopy hat flaps against the thick fat that
fills the gap between his head and shoulders, as he strums happily on his
banjo.
He is a ogre approximately 7'1" tall.
