Long Desc: A man making soft guttural noises is here, slouching against the wall.

Werewere Kokako claims they shapeshift into a beast at night but noone has
been able to verify this nor care to.  The tavern patrons just accept Kokako
for who they are.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
