Long Desc: A ruffled looking human stares at you intently.

Suave, sophisticated, majestic even, all things it's clear this man seems to
want to be but falls far short from.  A wrinkled, out of style hat rests
atop a smirking face.  His once elaborate coat, now stained and bristly.  A
weathered hand lays on the hilt of his blade while he contemplates either
trying to seduce you or just outright rob you.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
