Long Desc: A loud drunken woman with a mug in each hand rambles on aimlessly.

Almost toppling left and right as she speaks, an obliviously drunken woman
waves two empty tankards around.  Slowly rebounding from wall to wall as she
stumbles down the corridor, incoherently rambling on about them troglodytes
always makin' a mess, and why doesn't Kinrat pay any notice to her.  It
quickly becomes apparent that it's impossible to get by without getting her
attention.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
