NPC: A sentient halo
Long Desc: A golden halo has achieved sentience, and won't permit you upstairs.

There's no mistaking it- it's an angel's halo, albeit one that is distinctly
missing its angel.  It's not immediately apparent what form of magic or
divine grace has caused this thing to exist, but then again, there probably
wouldn't be.
It is a unique approximately 4'8" tall.
