NPC: A purple parasite
Long Desc: A long, mucousy membrane is attached to the wall here.

Pustulent welts and sores burble across this parasite's oozing flesh, as
it slowly slithers up the wall.  A single mouth, overflowing with jagged
bits of bone and teeth, is plainly visible on the underside of the monster,
through some of the more translucent tissue.  Its skin fizzes and bubbles,
and the entire area is permeated with the stench of alkali.
It is a parasite approximately 0'1" tall.
