NPC: A nefarious couatl
Long Desc: A glowering winged serpent silently, slowly flaps a few feet above the ground.

The thick, bushy unibrow of evil is the most striking feature on this
fantastic couatl.  Although it is a winged, rainbow-patterned floating snake
flying merely through the power of its own mind, its big black eyebrows are
nearly hypnotic in their attraction.  It is a powerful being, in fact,
likely a little nasty taking physical form, but why its choice for a body
included eyebrows is anybody's guess..
It is a winged serpent approximately 5'5" tall.
