Long Desc: An imposingly boisterous woman in seafaring garb eyes you from behind the counter.

Marsile Van Pelt is a daring explorer with a fierce spirit.  Having braved
the desert sands of Thorne to the noxious mires of the Huaka Wastes.
Known for her quick wit and unmatched resourcefulness, Marsile has navigated
some of Alyria's most treacherous waters, often accompanied by a motley crew
of rogues and dreamers.  Rumors swirl about the hidden truths of her
lineage, but such tales only add to her allure.  Now, with the permission of
her family, she has opened this store to trade items in exchange for Reward
Units--a rather common name for a form of pay-what-you-can-if-you-can
taxation started by Lord Agrippa in an effort to keep Rune--and the Council
of Seven in existence.
She is a troll approximately 10'4" tall.
