This quest [3207] is called 'Merdraco Tutorial - The Mark of Solutions',
for Adventurers levels 20 to 250.
TUTORIAL [] is the master in charge of this quest.
This is a TUTORIAL. It provides no rewards, but teaches you about Alyria.
The means of finding the solution to many problems is having the space or
time to think about it properly. The Merdraco offers both, by rapidly
making its way across the sea, and saving its passengers time. Operated
free of charge, the Merdraco runs in a loop, between Rune, Sigil, Pirate's
Cove, Tellerium and Templeton, and then back again. The Merdraco is one of
three ferries operating on the Oceanus Ingenii, although the Hallowhold and
Riddenmast are not frequented as much or as well-known.

Merdraco Tutorial - The Mark of Solutions consists of:
Phase 1: Go to the pier south of Solomon Street, at the southern edge of Rune.
Phase 2: At the fork where the piers diverge, head for the eastern one.
Phase 3: Continue east on the pier, until it turns.
Phase 4: Follow the pier to the end, where there will be a sign with information about the Merdraco.
Phase 5: Look at the signpost for more information about the Merdraco's last known whereabouts.
Phase 6: When the Merdraco arrives, SHIP BOARD MERDRACO. The Merdraco can take up to 2 Alyrian hours to arrive, so feel free to windowshop in Rune until Captain Pierot yells his arrival.
Phase 7: When the Merdraco arrives at Sigil's docks, SHIP EXIT SOUTH to disembark. If you are on quest #3213, Recall into Sigil to view Lord Vendredi's sapphire gemstone.
