Description of Hot Air Balloon Tutorial - The Mark of Balloons:
This is a TUTORIAL. It provides no rewards, but teaches you about Alyria.
Airships are a relatively new innovation, and while they are safter and
faster than most alternative forms of travel, they're too new and still too
expensive to provide many routes. Currently, they connect Lowangen to New
Rigel and Tellerium, but not the two to each other. Frequently passengers
comment wistfully about a larger set of routes, frequently. For now, there
are only the two routes and two balloons- and the less said about the
unmoored Inconvenience, the better.

Phase 1: From Tellerium's recall point, head north out of the Operating Room.
